Description/History:
Static is one of the Windlings that appeared during the Second Awakening, she won't speak of herself before that, but is also rather secretive of herself now. She has pale blue skin with dark blue hair, a little past her waist. She wears black form-fitting armored clothing, she has curiously red eyes.

Static uppon first appearing only spoke Sperethial but has learned a little English and Japanese due to her close proximity to both. She still starts in Sperethial, only switching to English if the listener can't understand. She perfers the company of Metahumans, mostly elves, and dislikes spending too much time near a regualr human. She tends to favor metahuman's ideas over human's, even if the human's is better.
