A whistler is someone who tends to seperate themselves from the mainstream of live. They enjoy things others have never heard of. They live a life that is filled to the max, though they may never actually complete anything. We (whistlers) are uncomfortable in any social setting, except for when we are with close friends playing a game or other high brainpower activity. Most whistlers are highly intelligent but tend to cover it well, appearing withdrawn or perhaps acting a bit "I am too good to talk to you". A whistler would never feel that way, usually we are afraid of what you would think if we tried to talk with you. Many times we write, draw, or design things, but they are rarely seen by others.
I call myself a dark whistler because I tend to look at the dark side of things, "this glass is half empty" type philosophy. I tend to offer a cold shoulder to those around me and push away anyone who tries to get to know me. I do however have a couple best friends and a girlfriend, as well as a small contingent of other friends.
